To book on one of Scuba Travel's group trips or liveaboards, we ask you to fill in the formula below and send it to us.  The person filling in the formula will be our main contact.  Further information from other passengers will be collected by us at a later date.  

Please note: all flight prices will be based on the day of booking.  Prices can change from that which is shown on the website.  Scuba Travel will notify all customers of the changes before proceeding with the booking.  

The booking conditions are available on our website under Information.  Please notify us should you need help in translation as the booking conditions are currently only available in Swedish.
