Their eco-diving concept has been internationally recognized as a model of tourism development and their village offers you the experience of what has become know as “The Eco-diving Adventure”.
All aspects of the RSDS experience promote nature-based tourism and maximum diving enjoyment. The village were created in consideration of diving enthusiasts.  Their diving program covers more than 60 shore-based and off-shore dive sites.

Their village offer you a variety of diving possibilities including; unlimited diving on their house reef, truck dives, night dives, and boat dives to world-famous dive sites such as Elphinstone and the Fury Shoals.

Marsa Shagra is located 253 km south of Hurghada and straight across the well-known reef Elphinstone. The diving is designed to satisfy all levels of divers. They offer a so-called Eco-diving concept that takes you away from the mass tourism to the calmness that is totally dedicated to diving.  A diving package includes unlimited diving on the house reef and four guided shorebased dives (first 2 on the house reef and the others on nearby dive site).

Marsa Shagra is located in front of an opening in the reef with a sandy seabed. The diving centre is located with a short distance from the house reef and has individual lockers and cleaning stations for your diving equipment.
